TEACH US TO PRAY

Luke 11:1-4

Five key ingredients of prayer.

1. Worship (praise) "Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name"

2.  Thankfulness  1 Timothy 2:1 I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men;

3. Confession   Psalms 66:18 If I regard iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear me:

4. Petition  Philippians 4:6 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.

5. Intercession  2 Thessalonians 3:1 Finally, brethren, pray for us, that the word of the Lord may have free course, and be glorified, even as it is with you:
