"Six Verses That Changed My Life”
Psalm 16:8-11
Every person I speak to, concerning their Soul’s condition agrees that they desire
Ø  the Fullness of God’s Joy,
Ø  a Heart that Rejoices and is at Peace
Ø  and to KNOW they will experience the Pleasures of    
    Heaven FOR EVERMORE ! ! !
By God’s Love, Grace and Forgiveness –
I came to realize I was a lost sinner many years ago.
I was then called to Preach.
I was now Born Again and wanted everyone to KNOW how they too could be saved from the penalty of their sin and the everlasting fires of Hell.
After reading and re-reading these verses, I bound myself in the spirit,
not to have the things mentioned in these verses found in my life or
in the ministry of the church I pastor.
Let them NOT be said of this CHURCH!
1.  Pro. 1:23-24   NO MAN REGARDETH HIS WORD
                  (Solomon – son of David)
I decided I would know God’s Word,  and
To Read it,  To Obey it,  To Preach it!
I read The Revelation chapter 1:3
“Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein: for the time is at hand.”
I was commanded to READ,  to HEAR and  to KEEP HIS WORD!
We are told Heb 4:12
“For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.”
The Pslamist tells us in 66:18 – “If we regard inquity in our hearts He WILL NOT HEAR US . . .  I WANT TO BE HEARD by GOD as I prayer and heard by the Hearts of MEN,  WOMEN and  CHILDREN!
     No man Regarded God’s Word . . . that’s not all !
2. Ezek. 22:30  NO MAN STOOD IN THE GAP    993 (Ezekiel)
The people of the land were being manipulated by Oppression,
They were being Robbed of their possessions and
    the Poor were being abused and taken captive.
 
GOD looked for just ONE MAN to Stand in the Gap on their behalf!
    AND THERE WAS NONE TO BE FOUND!
PEOPLE NEED YOU to Pray for them and Give them God’s Word
3. II Tim. 4:16-17     NO MAN STAYED WITH ME       (Paul)
Paul was doing exactly what God had called him to do and
NO-ONE stood with him   - NOT ONE other man STAYED with him
 
4. Ps. 142:4        NO MAN CARED                           (David)
King Saul was jealous of David. 
Saul could only boast of the hundreds he had slain in battle.
The crowds of people welcomed and praised David as he returned from battle for his thousands he had taken in battle.
King Saul said, he’ll take my throne, he’ll hold my septre, 
David will wear my crown and rule my people- I WILL GET HIM!
David could have taken him, he’d killed lions and bears and
HEY what about the giant Goliath !! ?? 
HOWEVER – DAVID said I WILL NOT TOUCH GOD”S anointed and left.
NOW David was alone – where were all those that served with him?
Hear David, alone in the desert saying
 “Refuge failed me, NO Man Cared for my soul”
5. Jn. 5:1-7 (:7)   NO MAN HELPED     (poor impotent man)
    There are many illustrations of those in need of HELP!
6. Isa. 59:16   NO MAN PRAYED / Interceded      (Isaiah)
EVERYBODY needs SOMEBODY to intercede for them.
Let NONE OF THESE THINGS EVER BE SAID about our church!
YOU CANNOT SAY . .NOBODY stayed by you, because JESUS WILL NEVER FORSAKE THEE
YOU CANNOT SAY…. NOBODY ever stood in the Gap for YOU
    Because JESUS is the GREAT INTERECSSOR
    Sitting on the right hand of the Father RIGHT NOW
    Interceding your behalf.
 YOU CANNOT SAY... NOBODY ever helped you,
    THE WORD OF GOD says 
JESUS IS A VERY PRESENT HELP IN THE TIME OF TROUBLE
 
Let is be said, "THERE IS A MAN, A Preacher, A CHURCH that DOES CARE!!!
Let is be KNOWN THAT there IS A GOD, A SAVIOUR, JESUS THAT DOES CARE!!!
